You must notify e8game immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. e8game shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation or from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
e8game operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit documentation including, but not limited to, a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. e8game reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, provided that the account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result. Withdrawal requests are processed by e8game in accordance with the following timelines: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes of request approval; bank transfers are completed on the same business day; card withdrawals are subject to the processing timelines of the issuing bank, typically three to five business days.
e8game reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been used to make a prior deposit, or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
e8game charges no platform fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own processing charges, for which e8game accepts no responsibility.
All player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from e8game's operational funds. This structure ensures that player balances are protected and remain available for withdrawal at all times, subject to verification requirements.
e8game offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game-specific contribution rates will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for that promotion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of e8game.

e8game does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which e8game accepts no liability.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
